1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the 5777bot platform, website located at https://5777bot.net, and all associated services, products, software, and features offered by 5777bot (collectively, the "Platform"). References to "5777bot", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the operator of the 5777bot platform. References to "you", "your", or "player" refer to the registered account holder accessing and using the Platform.

By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

5777bot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the Platform with the updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation that is most consistent with applicable law and the intent to protect the player shall be preferred. The English version is the authoritative version of this agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision.

These Terms should be read alongside the 5777bot Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and 5777bot.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 5777bot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times while holding an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain 18 or older throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 5777bot or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you take full personal responsibility for assessing the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 5777bot Platform or had an account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not using the Platform under duress, coercion, or impairment that would render your agreement to these Terms invalid.

5777bot conducts age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. Until age verification is completed, withdrawal functionality is restricted. If it is determined at any point that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you become aware that a minor has registered an account on 5777bot using your details or device, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be closed and any applicable safeguarding procedures followed.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on 5777bot, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active 5777bot account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details, different identity details, or shared device or payment credentials — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held pending investigation. Account bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

3.2 KYC Identity Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 5777bot requires completion of the KYC identity verification process. Accepted identity documents for players in Bangladesh include:

• National Identity Card (NID) — the preferred document for Bangladeshi players
• Valid passport (personal details page and photo page)
• Birth registration certificate (for players who do not yet hold an NID)

In addition to identity documents, 5777bot may request proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Bangladesh within the past 90 days) and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming that the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits is registered in your name). These requests are made to protect account security and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible condition. Cropped, blurred, or altered documents will not be accepted and will trigger a re-submission request. Submitting fraudulent or altered identity documents to 5777bot is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to law enforcement authorities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your account access details with any other person for any reason. 5777bot will never request your password via support chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any request claiming to be from 5777bot that asks for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 5777bot support via live chat immediately and change your password. 5777bot accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 5777bot account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and bank transfer channels may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the 5777bot account balance in real time following confirmation of the mobile money transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to be reflected in the account balance. In the event of a deposit that has been debited from your mobile wallet or bank account but not credited to your 5777bot balance within the stated processing time, contact support via live chat with the transaction reference number.

5777bot does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. The name registered on the payment method used for deposit must match the name on the 5777bot account. Deposits received from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 5777bot account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification, during standard processing hours of 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next processing window.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for standard verified accounts, though 5777bot reserves the right to apply processing limits during periods of high transaction volume and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests as part of anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals are only available from the real-money balance. Bonus funds and wagering-in-progress amounts are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. The account balance display in the 5777bot interface clearly indicates the real-money balance and any bonus balance separately.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions on 5777bot are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 5777bot on standard mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals. Bank transfer transactions may be subject to fees charged by the player's bank, which are beyond 5777bot's control. 5777bot does not charge a platform withdrawal fee on standard transactions, though this is subject to review and any applicable fee will be disclosed in the cashier before the withdrawal is confirmed.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers on 5777bot are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must be 18 years of age or older to claim any bonus or participate in any promotion. A player who has been self-excluded, placed under a cooling-off period, or had their account restricted is not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.

Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. 5777bot reserves the right to apply a more restrictive eligibility determination if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is attempting to claim a promotion in a manner that exceeds the intended single-claim limit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 5777bot are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before the bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real funds. Wagering requirements for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms and are clearly displayed before a player opts in.

The following general conditions apply to all 5777bot bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the promotion terms. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Maximum bet sizes during active bonus wagering may be restricted. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during a bonus wagering period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds in all wagering activity while a bonus balance is active.

5.3 Promotional Abuse

5777bot maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward promotional abuse. Actions considered promotional abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically near-certain bets with the intention of clearing wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus arbitrage"); colluding with other players to exchange bonus credits; and using automated software or bots to clear wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaged in promotional abuse will have all bonus credits and any associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent account closure without return of any remaining real-money balance pending investigation.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 5777bot Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following actions are explicitly prohibited on the 5777bot Platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent documents, impersonating another person, or using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market — including sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating live casino betting patterns, or communicating during in-play sports betting to exploit information asymmetry.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated clicking software, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform's cashier as a mechanism for layering, placement, or integration of illegally obtained funds. All suspicious transaction patterns are reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a 5777bot deposit without first attempting to resolve the matter through 5777bot's support team. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation, and 5777bot reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through available legal channels.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the 5777bot Platform, its software, its game clients, its random number generation systems, or its payment infrastructure.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language toward 5777bot support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

5777bot reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it suspects may constitute a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions. During an investigation, the relevant account(s) may be suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold. The outcome of investigations is final and at the reasonable discretion of 5777bot's compliance team.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by 5777bot

5777bot reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, promotional abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. During a suspension, the player may not log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

Following a suspension, 5777bot will conduct an internal review of the relevant account activity. The player may be contacted and asked to provide documentation or an explanation. Where the review concludes that a violation has occurred, the account may be permanently closed and any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending further investigation or returned after deduction of any fraudulently obtained funds, at 5777bot's reasonable discretion. Where the review concludes that no violation occurred, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request voluntary closure of your 5777bot account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before submitting a closure request, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance, as account closure requests are processed within 5 business days and access is restricted once the request is confirmed. Balances that remain in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days of account closure confirmation, provided that no outstanding investigations or restrictions apply to the account.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to an account being classified as dormant, 5777bot will send a notification to the registered mobile number associated with the account. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance, to cover the administrative cost of maintaining the dormant account record. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in — the inactivity fee will cease from the date of reactivation. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months or more may be permanently closed without further notice.

8 Responsible Gaming

5777bot provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every registered player account. These tools are available at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in BDT. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum continuous session duration. When the timer expires, you will receive a notification prompting you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your account for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires under any circumstances.

All responsible gaming restrictions activated by the player are binding immediately and irrevocably for the elected period. 5777bot will not accept requests from players to reverse, reduce, or override any active responsible gaming restriction before its natural expiry — including requests made directly to customer support. This policy exists to ensure that responsible gaming tools provide genuine protection, not a false sense of control.

5777bot does not target marketing or promotional communications at players who are subject to active responsible gaming restrictions or who have contacted support to indicate concerns about problem gambling behaviour. Players who are on a cooling-off period or who have self-excluded will not receive deposit bonus emails, promotional push notifications, or re-engagement communications from 5777bot during the restriction period.
